Well-kept communal gardens surrounding care homes are very important spaces, contributing greatly to the well-being of residents as well as being a positive feature in the local area.

All styles of garden are equally welcome, from traditional hanging baskets, window boxes or containers of bedding plants to well-designed contemporary green spaces.

Closing date for entries: Sunday 22 June 2008

Judging will take place between 7 – 21 July. NB: The whole garden area will be judged unless indicated below.
