Small Hotel category (ETA/AA reg; <20 bedrooms) Anyone in the hospitality trade knows that making a good first impression is vital and your premises’ appearance is very important, both for your publicity photographs as well as generating a welcoming ambience upon arrival. Harrogate is blessed with many fine buildings, many of which can be enhanced with stylish entrance areas - from traditional hanging baskets, window boxes or containers of bedding plants to contemporary planting. Good design should complement the architecture, both in use of colour and scale. Closing date for entries: Sunday 22 June 2008 Judging will take place between 7 – 21 July.
