Help us make Harrogate bloom! (no garden required)

Thank you for taking part in this year’s flower project with Harrogate’s town centre businesses; we are now able to give you further details:
The flowers should be dropped off during the week Monday 29 June – Friday 3 July
at either:
- 54 Franklin Road, Harrogate HG1 5EE
(please phone first to arrange a convenient time: Stephanie: 01423 526891)
or
- Harrogate Flower Show office, 4A South Park Road, Harrogate HG1 5QU
(behind Waitrose car park: Mon – Fri, office hours only 09.00 – 16.30hrs)
It is our intention that the shops will display them from Monday 6 – Monday 20 July and a flower hunt sheet with full details of all the shops involved will be available on our website:
www.harrogateinbloom.org.uk
The flowers will hopefully then be transferred to a combined display in the Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre over the summer holidays. The Britain in Bloom judges will be able to see them all there on judging day (10 August) as well as photos of them in the shop windows. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to keep them in the shops until August as the summer sales will be under way by then.
They will be kept for a final display at the Harrogate in Bloom Awards’ evening in September.
You will receive details of this in due course and the flowers can be collected then if you would
like them back.

We will be preparing acknowledgement cards with the group’s name to go in the shops. If you would like the names of any individuals involved included, please make sure they are clearly but not obtrusively attached to each individual entry.
